About

Central Arkansas Apprenticeship Training Committee (CAATC) for the Plumbing Industry was established in 1967 and is overseen by the Pulaski County Master Plumbers Association, Inc. The Association was set up for the purpose of advancing the latest and most improved methods of sanitary plumbing in order to better protect public health and safety, doing so through apprenticeship and education.

CAATC has consistently provided apprentice plumbers with training in plumbing math, plumbing blueprint reading and drawing, and a through understanding of Arkansas Plumbing Code and Arkansas Fuel Gas Code by exemplary instructors in all areas of plumbing, including residential, commercial, industrial and institutional.


Application Process

Applications are provided upon request. Upon receipt of completed application, applicants are interviewed and entered into applicant pool for immediate employment or future employment prospects with an Arkansas Licensed Master Plumber/ Plumbing Industry. Upon employment and completed enrollment application, applicants are officially enrolled and licensed to work in the State of Arkansas as an apprentice plumber.
